Nic Dempster

Dunedin based artist Nic Dempster has been painting since the early 2000s. His distinctive art is well recognisable and has always been popular. Originally painting city and rural scenes, his bold cubist influenced style has developed over recent years to reflect his love for architecture, colour and design. It also plays with ideas of urbanisation, the impact it has on the natural environment as well as the kiwi infatuation with property.
